You know when your on a LC diet folks say you lose inches and size
rather than weight?

My understanding is that some fat gets burned and some fat cells
shrink and become smaller and thats why you lose size. Is it possible
for your fat percentage to remain the same but lose size at the same
time if measured?

thanks

It tends to go in phases.  Lose size for a bit, then lose pounds
for a bit.  Wierd but common.

When it comes down to it nearly everyone with under 50+ pounds
to lose is dieting for size.  Pounds just happen to be an easily
measured but very inaccurate indicator of size.

Trading muscle for fat or maybe water filling in where there used to
be fat.

Possible?  sure.  Likely?  Very unlikely.

You get wild swings in weight when water isgained or lost, best indicator is
watching pant size get tight or lose.

I watched my weight stay the same, while I lost a pant size.
