It tends to go in phases. Lose size for a bit, then lose pounds
for a bit. Wierd but common.
When it comes down to it nearly everyone with under 50+ pounds
to lose is dieting for size. Pounds just happen to be an easily
measured but very inaccurate indicator of size.

Trading muscle for fat or maybe water filling in where there used to
be fat.

You get wild swings in weight when water isgained or lost, best indicator is
watching pant size get tight or lose.
I watched my weight stay the same, while I lost a pant size.
