A long time ago I posted about my early experimentation with Fucothin and
diet maintenance.
I can now follow up on that to say that having done multi-month periods of
using, not using, and then again using Fucothin, I find that maintenance is
much easier while using Fucothin.
I used to think that all diet pills were either fake, dangerous stimulants,
or other nonsense. I now have to make Fucothin my one exception.
It takes about 2 months for me to feel the effect of Fucothin.
Fucothin is basically a seaweed (and no it does not have high iodine). The
manufacturer claims to have a clinical study supporting it.
There are now competing products at online vitamin stores.
The best current price I found for Fucothin was on ebay.
I still lowcarb and count calories.

So does it supress appetite?

It is sold as a thermogenic, so it shouldn't. However, It does seem like
appetite is less.
