Basic Muffin

Basic Muffin (cooked in a Mug)

Thank you for posting this nice recipe! I bought some flax meal this
weekend so I could give it a try.

I tried this for my breakfast this morning and was surprized at how
good it was.

I plan on trying a "savory" version. No splenda or cinnamon, but with
a pinch of salt and some herbs (basil, maybe), perhaps some chives,
and a tablespoon or two of parmesan cheese.

You could go nuts with the basic recipe, I think.
