I thought a glucometer might help in telling me which foods make my
glucose go up.
Example: diet pop will spike some folks despite having no sugar, will
a glucometer tell me if a diet pop is no good for me?

Is there any use for it while low carboing and in which way would you
recommend using it?

Thanks

Didn't we answer this question for you some months back?

NO, it won't help unless you're already diabetic.  Otherwise,
hyperinsulinemia will prevent a significant glucose rise after eating.

Yes, it WILL help you diagnose diabetes if you spike one hour after
eating, and then becomes a very valuable tool for improving your health.
