I lost over 10 kilograms on my low carb diet.
It is important it eat lots of low carb veggies
to prevent constipation. I need to
add a better exercise regimen to lose
further weight as I hit a level weight
six months ago. Or perhaps I need
to be more strict on the carb count.
I still should lose another 20 kilograms.
