This morning, I had an Italian omelet.  It was filled with mozzarella
cheese and pepperoni, with some marinara sauce on the side.

Ham and cheese omelet. water

Sometimes I get tired of fried eggs, so I try different things.  I will
have breakfast tacos, using corn tortillas, or I will have baked eggs
with ham & cheese on the bottom.  I will cook omelets or I will make
boiled eggs, then turn those into deviled eggs.

I am staying on the diet, though.

Those corn tortillas can have a whopping amount of carbs, even the
lower carb ones.  I use flax rollups from Damascus Bakeries, which
have I think 8 net for a whole one.  I usually use only half.

Flax rollups are pretty good.  I have enjoyed cooking with flax seed, I
buy the golden flax at Sam's club, I found it in their Vitamin
department.  I  noticed they also sell it at the Vitamin Shoppe and some
of the health food stores.

The tortillas I buy are the Mission Extra Thin corn tortillas, there are
8 grams of carbs in one tortilla.  They make low carb tortillas, but the
stores near me do not carry them.

That would give me a break from the standard breakfast menu.  One
morning I had a leftover pork chop for breakfast and a cucumber
salad.    I should do that more often.

Four of slices whole wheat toast with canola harvest.
An orange.
An eight ounce glass of non-fat milk.
