Why do diets have to be so complex and hard.
You eat less and burn more calories seems by simple math you'd loose
weight.
Worked for me. No more soda, drink water, eat one sandwich instead of
two for lunch, no chips..
Then workout for an hour instead of sitting in front of the TV. Its
works is simple?

This is true but wont work for food addicts and those who despise exercise.
They want to continue eating as much as they desire and not move off the
sofa or office chair. It's sad but true. I don't like the feeling of being
hungry either, but I do like to walk.

There are three kinds of men: The ones that learn by reading. The few who
learn by observation. The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and
find out for themselves.
