Insulin Resistance Diet

Anyone read or familiar with the disease and the book? Very interesting
stuff. Authors claim that as many as 3 out of 4 obese people may have it.
Too much insulin is pumped out for no reason, and may be causing all kinds
of bad side effects.

Insulin resistance isn't a disease, it's a completely preventable
metabolic disorder, usually brought on by diet and lifestyle, with some
families more prone to IR than others, such as mine.

I used to be severely IR, but no longer am, in fact, my fasting insulin
is extremely low now.
