Do you have a few extra pounds you would like to get rid of?
If you need motivation to drop excess weights,
consider the many health benefits that await you.

When you realize just how much your body will benefit
from a successful weight loss program, you may be
much more likely to get serious about reaching your weight loss
goals.

For one effective program option, check out this free report

P.S. If you want more money, a better job, less stress and a better
outlook on life, you should have this free report.

I can't believe that after all these years on usenet, these spamming a.sholes
still manage to annoy me.  They say that anger shortens your life.  I wonder
what the total health cost of these bottom feeders would be summed over all
users of usenet.  And don't tell me to just ignore it.  Evidence shows that
the amygdala reacts and initiates the release of "fight or flight" chemicals
into your bloodstream before you are even consciously aware of the stimulus.

And the worst thing about them IMO is that they apparently operate
under the assumption that we are all as dumb as a bunch of rocks and
will rush to their website to find out what this great weight loss
secret is.

Well -- actually, they know not *all* of us are that dumb -- just a
few.  And as with junk mail, it only takes a few.  They count on the
few who actually click the link, and then there are the "helpers" who
repost the URLs when they reply to the messages.  To me, the ones who
are "dumb as rocks" are the ones who think the spammers actually go
back and read the replies to their spam posts.

The last stat I saw on the response rate for a snail-mail campaign was
1%.  I would imagine the spammers count on at least that.  Just a few
is enough.

You may be better off on a moderated forum.  No idiot spammers there.
