Hello,
My Name is Ted.Let me tell you a story about me.
I am 37 years old and work in an office.
As you could imagine there was not much time to go jogging or to the
gym.
After years I got really fat.My wife told me that I look totally
different.
At this point I knew I had to find a low fat diet to get in shape
again.
I looked in the internet for good 1800 calorie low fat diets but just
found things that I knew myself.
I had to find something that was new to me,a real guide that provides
me with tips and food I have to eat
and then I found Fat Burning Furnace. You maybe heard of that?I
totally never heard of it.But I was curious.
I looked at the site and thought "A guide with I have to pay for?,No
thanks."
But I searched for 1800 calorie low fat diet and searched and searched
and what I had find after weeks or searching?
Nothing!I got desperate and one day at work I remembered the site
which says follow my guide,do 45 minutes A WEEK! my exercises
and you will get fast results.
As I found no other solution I bought the guide. It went fast and I had
no troubles to buy it.
And after weeks of following this guide I can tell you it was really
worth buying the guide as I lost 25 pounds already.
It told me what to eat,and what not.And not just that,he told me why!I
am able to relate why I do this steps!
And he told me to do his exercises 45 minutes a week and he doesn't
lie.If you follow his guide uninterrupted you will get your
results within weeks. Not months, not years but weeks.
The guide gave me back my selfconfidence and my bmi 24.:)
I will follow this guide until I can see my abs and maybe you want to
do this too?
Here you can look at it and try it out. You have nothing to lose, just
to win!

PS: I guarantee you it works better than a 1800 calorie low fat
diet..I tried it =)

Don't blindly click on a link unless security is
totally locked down, otherwise malware can execute.
That's why many spammers conceal the destination URL
using miniurl.com or tinyurl.com.  Clicking on one
of these links could cause all sorts of damage.

First check the link before you cry that's dangerous.
Who are you? A police officer?
I can assure you he's totally blind and it is not dangerous to visit
it.

Mark is a known quantity. He isn't here shilling for some dubious
product. He only asks that readers be prudent.

So who are you, using a foreign ISP, to tell us to trust you?

If it leads to low fat diet stuff, it IS dangerous!   ;-)

Wow.  Not only you don't know that someone could have infected your web
site according to the discussion on ASD, here on ASDLC you show that you
can't even tell the difference between low fat and low carb.

Right.  So you didn't so much as read the low carb FAQ file that gets
posted here regularly.

Sorry that I've posted a way to get thin.
Maybe people want to try something else than a FAQ that helps like 2%?
It is much easier if you have a plan that tells you what to do and
when.

Some of us want to be healthy, and low fat diets are harmful to health.

There is a percentage of the population who loses well without hunger on
low fat.  People in that percentage should do that.  People in that
percentage rarely post on topic in low carb support groups.

Even very healthy high fat low carb systems discuss types of fatty
acids.  The class of polyunsaturates that include the essential types.
The class of monounsaturates that can not be stored nor converted to
other types.  The class of saturates that is beneficial to low carbers
but not to low fatters.  The class of transfats that are harmful to
everyone.

It would seem that in Ted's case low fat damaged his brain function as
he can't tell the difference between what is on topic for a group and
what is off topic for a group.  Nerves need essential fatty acids to
function well.  Maybe Ted's low fat plan does not include "good fats
versus bad fats" principles?  It looks like he ended up deficient in the
essential types ...

and integrity.

A couple of accessible articles from MSNBC on health and longevity (as
opposed to vanity weight loss).

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29104695/

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/25588227/

The first deals with our omega-3/omega-6 imbalance (most polyunsaturared
oils are high in omega-6).
The second deals with with a minimal, caloric restriction for extending
life, fat or not.

So tell us. Why do we have to go the hell all over the place? Be a
mench. Tell us what your plan is. I$ it more than getting our money?
