I have now written the definitive definition of the paleo diet. I have a
concise core definition and then I list variations of it. Come check out:

Aren't you a dairy man there in Germany Oyster?
The paleo diets are good to help with blood glucose levels.

I take it Celiac isn't in your vocabulary? And how about
metabolic syndrome is that in your mental map?
I will agree with you that the stone age stories
have an element of "just so stories."
Nonetheless, "paleo diets" seem to have very strong merit if
one examines what they do to blood glucose levels and lipid
levels. Indeed, a man/person of your age should be checking his
blood glucose level now and then. It is often the case with
conventional medicine that DM Type 2 is detected rather late in
the game.
It should be noted that Happy Oyster is a MHA poster an Usenet
forum know for it heat and not its light. And is he
all about heat and little about light. He is bright in his own way
but he isn't always right nor do his posting contain much in
the information, IMHO. Rather he posts in a manner to
blanket opponents with vacuous postings and sees the
denaturing of the discussion as a victory, IMO.

Now if we would just get paleo levels of exercise..........Trig

MHA clipped from the newsgroup list.
Apparently Oyster is saying he is a hog farmer?
And he clearly spares no effort in the length
and insight of his postings, LOL. Or maybe
Oyster isn't into exercise.

Nice review of the existing literature on the topic. I'd call it a
summary rather than a definition and exhaustive rather than definitive.
Your main page is an even larger compendeum of links on the topic.
Good work.
Why didn't you also post it to alt.support.diet.paleolithic? Very much
on topic for that low traffic group.

The group is dead. That low traffic is spam. It was cross-posted to three
newsgroups and I thought that to be enough.

Thanks. You never can tell how many people are subscribed to a group
watching for traffic. Questions posted often seem to get answered on
groups that appeared to be dead for a long time so for many groups there
are folks subscribed and interested in the topic who don't post.
I was hoping you'd post your material there to have on topic traffic
proactively.
