Yoga is good. Helps with flexibility and building strength without
high impact to joints.

Just looked at my local library's selection of information on yoga, 475
items, including 72 videos. All for the price (free) of a library card.
What a deal.

My local library recently added yoga classes on Saturdays with the
instructor paid out of the library's tax budget.  I did not check
exactly which school of yoga it is.
