I'm really pretty sure the varietals I buy at Fairway have all the
characteristics they're labeled for, but these results are anything but
reassuring:

Not for me; I'm in NY and get great varietal EVOOs in Fairway.
But I love Eden black soybeans; almost entirely protein and fiber.
