Hi All,
I'm on the induction phase of Atkins.  What else is o.k to drink
on Induction besides seltzer & water?  is diet coke o.k or is there an
ingredient in there that might jeopardise your progress?  Thanks in
advance!

Atkins says soda with Splenda. Some arguement with Equal based sweeteners.

If it is sugar free, drink it with the recommended amounts of water.
Unless you have any type of cardio disorder such as CHF! Then only drink
your amount your doctor recommends. Excessive water with CHF can be very
fatal!!

If you were smarter than Atkins, Mu, you'd be the one who is famous and made
millions on your nutritional plan rather than him.  Instead, you're just a
pathetic, negative newsgroup troll that everybody either ignores, barely
tolerates or laughs at.

diet rite uses splenda?? what other drinks. Even the Splenda website didn't
mention this.

treat yourself to a good decaf coffee- the one I  had this morning was
almost like chocolate Double what I normally pay- but worth it.
