Which store in Dallas doesn't sell meat, eggs, hard cheese, or oil?

that's helpful, gee thanks. i've only been here a few days and have
already noticed your smart-a.s replies.  why do you even bother?

What I was hoping to learn from some helpful individuals is whether
there is a low-carb oriented store that sells products to help expand
from meat cheese and eggs .

Usually the low carb "products" are used further down the road of low
carb diets. If one opts to use them. Do a Google search on low carb
recipes. Will be surprised what you can come up with!
I think JC was saying the only low carb foods you actually need are the
ones sold in any store, the basics.

Sugarless deLite - bakery, low/0 carb products
972-644-2000
They are just East of Campbell & Coit in Richardson.
They are a bit pricey, but they have stuff.  They even carry Baja Bob's
drink mixes.

There is also a new low-carb store in the Preston/Park area.  I don't
have the address handy but they are across the parking lot from Studio
Movie Grill near The Blue Goose.

Central Market has several items and the local Health Food stores also carry
low-carb stuff, but no store is entirely dedicated to it.  Albertson's seems
to be taking the lead because they are now stocking the Atkins cereals. I
wish there were more, but it is expanding albeit at a slow rate.

Walmart is kicking a.s in the low-carb department, IMHO. Albertsons isn't bad
either, and of course Central Market is a paradise of food, any kind of food. I
was at Tom Thumb today... no La Tortilla Factory tortillas.  :-(  Now I have to
make a separate trip somewhere else to get them, and my bank is inside there,
so I'm ticked off. I grabbed one of those "make a comment" fliers, and plan on
sending it in.

Check the expanded health food section of the larger, newer
HEBs, and the super WalMarts are adding more all the time.
(this is true in the Austin area, at least)

Although I'm not in Texas, I find many products at my local GNC (they are
pricey!) but when I had to have a low-carb pizza crust or tortillas, they had
it!

Absolutely all grocery stores sell low carb products.

Such products include meat, fish, eggs, some vegetables, nuts, etc.

Really? I'm in the North Dallas area and buy them at Albertsons, Kroger and
(I'm pretty sure) Walmart. Albertson's keeps them in the produce section
though.

yep...Kroger and Albertson's in McKinney have them too
