OK, I have to drink around 3 pints a day. Can I count decaf tea/coffee with
cream against that?

Yes, count it. Mu_nificent missed the "decaf" in your note. Poor guy's
slow sometimes. Especially when he hasn't had his caffeine.

Coffee and tea can both be diuretics, but in the real world, they'll
still provide a net increase in hydration so even they can be counted.

Don't know about that but I would like to know if I can add "DaVinci Gourmet
Syrups" from lowcarbmegastore.com INTO all of my water?
