Good afternoon all  

I want to express my thanks to all of you unknown folks out there that have
helped me decide on following the Atkins WOE. I started reading this
newsgroup about three months ago and found lots of helpful information and
people. I picked up the New Diet Revolution book over Christmas.

I started Induction on Monday, January 5th. I never knew that someone could  
go 'wee' so much. I went 7 times yesterday and 4 so far today. Cool. I have
not been tempted so far and I eat enough to keep me full.

I had a huge headache on my first night. Googling this group told me that
it is rather normal. Thanks!!

I look forward to losing quite a few pounds. Thanks again all!!!  :-)
