I'm nearing the end of week two.  Unfortunately, I have been
traveling most of week 2 and don't have a scale on which to
weigh myself.  Last measurement was on Monday (7 days) and was
down 10.5 from the previous Monday morning.

The last four days:

Breakfast:
2-3 Eggs.  Mostly over medium, occasionally boiled.
   A slice of bacon.

Lunch:
   If I can't get out:
Some beef jerky.  1-2 servings @ 1g carbs per.
       1-2 servings of cheddar cheese.
Possibly some microwaved bacon - 2-4 pieces.
   Out with the work group:
       A steak or chicken breast.
       Asparagus spears - 6 to 8.

Dinner:
   Steak or chicken.
Broccoli or green string beans. 1-2 servings.

I get more veggies when I'm not on the road.  I snack on
cheese if I get the chance, maybe a piece of jerky a day.
I haven't cheated yet.

The diet pop is Diet Rite (no caffine) at home, but
Diet Coke here.  They're giving it away for free!  Can't
resist!

I've been doing about 30 minutes exercise every other day and
taking my multivitamin + ChromPicolinate.

Tonight, however, got me a little concerned.  Dinner was
at a Japanese place, where I had:
No rice.  Not having the hibachi fried rice nearly
       killed me.
chicken broth soup - all water.  Completely clear.
       Smelled like pure broth.
   Veggies: Zucchini and Broccoli.
A steak and a chicken breast, chopped.
A piece each of raw tuna, red snapper and <X fish>
dipped slightly in some soy and wasabi.

Halfway through the chicken, someone commented that the
chef had put teriyaki on the chicken (and most likely
on the beef - it was good.)  It hadn't marianated in it -
he just squirted some on it while it was cooking.  Everyone
told me that it wasn't more than a few tablespoons for
the whole grill, but I was still concerned.

Well?  Any venture a grade on how well I have been doing?

Diet coke is ok. If you stall, chances are it will be because the caffeine
and aspartame are making you hungry, and you are eating more. If you find
this happening, then cut out the diet coke and go with water... I drink a
ton of diet coke/pepsi, and i feel fine and dont see much stall, although i
am past induction.

Good on you!
You seem to be on the right track, however many people will tell you that
thirty minutes is not enough to start to get into the "fat burning zone"
that you might want to be in.
Many people say that after thirty minutes is when you kick into high gear
and start to get the best results, but i would not sweat it if i were you,
if you are busy and cant do 45 minutes or more, then thirty minutes is still
awesome.

That should be ok. Possibly 2.5-4.5g carbs per 100ml or so.

I am not sure about zucchini, but broccoli is the close relative of
cauliflower, and that is a safe food.

Good. Nothing to worry about there.

Soy sause is fine, wasabi should be fine as well.

No, you shouldnt be concerned at all. Even if you took in say, 10g carbs
extra, it will NOT make you gain, and you will NOT stall from it.
Just get back into it tomorrow, and you will be fine.

You are doing fine.
You seem very well versed in your foods.

Your diet sounds completely on track to me.  You should do very well if you
keep it up.  Sounds like you dont endulge in the fake foods which can hurt
some people.  This is terrific.

The teriyaki sauce could not have been too bad for ya.  If anything the salt
would make you retain water the next day and hopefully you wont see the
disadvantages of that until after it's gone, since your scale time is
limited.

Good job on staying away from that evil rice.
Best of luck,
