Hi,

When I started low carbing I made a list of all the fruits I'm likely to
eat and their carb content, but neglected to list the fiber.  Now that I'm
not so stupid, I don't want to be bothered looking them all up again.

Is there a convenient site that just has a list of fruits and their
(usable) carbs?

TIA,

Chakolate

You might as well fall flat on your face as lean over too far backward.
