I lost 60lbs on low carb, from 236 to 169 in 7 months, then over the
rest of the year gained back a few pounds and leveled out at 174.  Been
that way for the 2 years following with 2 or 3 pound fluctuations at
times of my choosing :)  Over the Christmas I just ate a near fatal
amount of chocolate and made it up to 181 lbs.  This past Sunday I got
rid of everything but the meat, cheese and eggs and fully expected to
have lost 2 lbs. by the end of the week but I didn't budge.  I do feel
better however.  I guess I will have to resort to actually measuring
portions and counting carbs again for a little while to see the
immediate results I'm used to.  I haven't actually counted carbs since
those first 6 months 3 years ago.
