I have a question if someone could help i would appreciate it.
Someone very kindly posted a link to a PDF document from Atkins website,
After downloading i looked and noticed that Spirits don't have any Net Carbs
or fat how can they have any calories? ( I'm not counting calories )
I am not a drinker, just confused.
Does that mean it okay to drink spirits with diet mixers without a carb
overload.
Cheers Craig

Alcohol itself has 7 kcals/g. Alcohol, fat, carbs, and protein are
the four basic forms of energy the body can use.

Alcohol is not energy the body can use, it is burned up imediatelly, thats
why you get warm. The calories are like fibre calories, which cant be
absorbed by the body.
