This makes the third semi reasonable article I have seen on diet now. the
latest issue of discover magazine covers atkins (along with Ornish and
others) and does it very even handedly. It slams sugar and refined flour,
goes into detail on insulin resistance and looks at the commonalites of the
various conflicting diets. It cites atkins as being more effective for many
people.

Worth reading.
