Last night at TGIFridays, I tried their Atkins Grilled/Broiled Chicken with peppers and Broccoli. It could have been really good, but the chicken was over-done and the broccoli under-done. Add either the broccoli/cheese soup or the salad bar, and it's a pretty filling, relatively low-carb meal. The soup is outrageously priced, though. Andi TGI fridays in the UK hasnt introduced the low carb menu yet, neither has Subway. No bun, two large patties, cheese, tomato between lettuce leaves. Not bad at all, they count it as 5grams, mostly the tomato, I'd think. YaYa's chicken has been advertising low carb on their marguees for months. Carls Jr. In n Out Burger-- has no bun burger for over a year in AZ Ruby Tuesday's Red Lobster has never had a problem with bringing me a larger salad instead of potato with me seafood |
