Have you tried Bragg  Aminos????

Its like soy sauce and tamari but less salt and better for you. I
lightly greased a cookie sheet, laid raw almonds down and tossed a bit
of Aminos on them, slow roasted for 45 minutes at 250 degrees. What a
flavorful snack!!!! I bought it at the local health food store!
DEEELISH! I dont know if I will use soy sauce again or not.

I used to use it all the time.  I tossed it when I started low-carbing because I
saw that it had an exorbitant amount of carbs -- or so I thought.  I just looked
at their website and the nutritional info shows 90 MILLIGRAMS of carbs.  Well
sh.t -- that's only .09 grams according to a conversion site.  Why don't they
list it in GRAMS like everyone else?  I had to HUNT to find a conversion tool
that would even LIST MG as a choice!

think I'll toss some more into the basket the next time I see them!
