Does anyone have the nutritional info on Braums new Carbwatch ice cream?  They
advertise 2-3 grams net carbs, but our local store didn't have a nutrition
label available--I was at the drive through and had already ordered it before I
asked (not smart).  The website doesn't seem to have it up either.  If nothing
else, I'll have to go back to the store and find one of their take-home
cartons.

The butter pecan was extremely good.

I tried to e-mail, but got this response...haven't called yet...
"For more information on the CarbWatch Ice Cream, please call Customer
Service at 1(800)327-6455. Thank you for your interest. Sincerely, B. Horner
Customer Service"

My suspicion is that there is some sugar alcohol in at least the chocolate
pecan.  A couple hours after eating a serving, my tumy was acting like Mr.
Maltitol or Ms. Sorbitol came calling.

I'm sure there has to be, especially with a claim of 3 net carbs.  I had one
scoop and did have a touch of stomach rumbling a couple of hours later.  It's
not something I would do often, but it is by far the best lowcarb ice cream
I've ever had in terms of both good taste and texture.

Wow, that's a chain I've never heard of before.  We don't have them in
Oklahoma, but I'll look for them when I'm traveling.

FYI--I brought home a pint (too expensive).  It froze much harder than it
was in the store.
