My suspicion is that there is some sugar alcohol in at least the chocolate
pecan. A couple hours after eating a serving, my tumy was acting like Mr.
Maltitol or Ms. Sorbitol came calling.

I'm sure there has to be, especially with a claim of 3 net carbs. I had one
scoop and did have a touch of stomach rumbling a couple of hours later. It's
not something I would do often, but it is by far the best lowcarb ice cream
I've ever had in terms of both good taste and texture.

Wow, that's a chain I've never heard of before. We don't have them in
Oklahoma, but I'll look for them when I'm traveling.

FYI--I brought home a pint (too expensive). It froze much harder than it
