Well here I am..day 3 of the Atkins induction..doing GREAT so far,
this board has been wonderful.
Anyway, my weakness is COFFEE...I am drinking decaffinated..with 1
sweetener and a bit of cream...my friend told me that decaffinated is
a free carb choice..but..on fitday, it comes up 1 carb???
I hate to use up my carbs on coffee...on fitday..what I am drinking
takes up 21/2 carbs??

Try green tea -if you are drinking decaf coffee then you are doing it only
for the taste and the mental perk.
green tea is so much better for you.
learn to drink it straight up with no sweetener or cream and enjoy the down
to earth natural taste....
break that coffee addiction...(my wife has the same addiction)
green tea is so much better for your than coffee
