Evening all!!

I found a little hole in the wall health food store yesterday and found
these O'soLo Sandwich rolls so I figured I would put a couple up and try
them out. I got Sourdough & Pumpernickel. I'm having one now with ham, mayo
& provolone cheese and its awesome -- which concerns me that the label might
be misleading  says the ECC = 3.1g -- any researcher in here that can help
me out?? If the cut & paste is difficult to read please go to:

ECC probably means "effective carb count", which is "Total Carb" minus
"Dietary Fiber", and that works out to the 3.1 mentioned.  It's 'safe'.
Enjoy.

Just remember, if the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off.

What did you pay for them? If it was over $2.49 you paid too much. I bought
some at a local health food store and they charged $5.99.  Not knowing any
better, I paid it.  Then I went to another place and found out that $2.49 is
the manufacturer's recommended price. I promptly returned to the first store
and they gave me a refund.

Oh, maybe I'm just being snarky here. But, they had them on sale at a
given price, you apparently knew what the price was but chose to pay it
anyway. Then, when you found out you could get a better price on them
elsewhere, you demanded a refund? Not because they were defective in any
way, or not as advertised?

I would say it's unbelievable, but I have no doubt it's true.

Begin where you are - but don't end there.

I paid 2.45 per box so fair market value...
