Was in Sam's club yesterday and picked up double loaves of Arnold's
"Carb Counting Mulit grain" Bread the "A" for Atkins caught my eye.
My DH who likes nothing but white bread said lets try it.
I always used the arnold light 7 grain when I wanted a slice if toast.
Arnold has added fat, fibre and protein and took away a sugar making
this 6 net carbs per slice and best of all I just had 1/2 slice (I'm in
induction) and it is delicious. Says right on the label that you
shouldn't use this the first 2 weeks of Atkins which I think is
admirable. I did count those 3 carbs in :)

Who's been lc since 2/98 went from size 16 to 8, back on induction
to lose what I regained(size 12)by slipping back into the bad carbs and
get back into my size 8 clothes. This has to be a WOE for life.

Hey, great tip; thanks. I've looked at Sam's a few times for low-carb
bread, but since there is no other reason for me to be on *that* side of the
store, I don't check often. Might have been a while before I looked again.
