I subscribe to Dana Carpender's ezine and this just came in:

This project is the "baby" of a friend of mine, George Stella.  George and
his wife Rachel are really-truly chefs (unlike your faithful ezine
writer/editor, who is merely a good home cook) who have a truly astonishing
low carb story to tell -- together they've lost more than 300 pounds eating
low carb.  If you think I'm on a Mission From God, wait'll you meet George!
And you will -- George will be having a regular low carb show on the Food
Network, and I can't begin to tell you how excited I am, both for him, and
for all of us!  You can learn more about George and Rachel at
http://www.lowcarbchefs.com , and of course at http://www.foodnetwork.com .

Finally!  That's great, I saw them on the low-carb special that the
Food Channel did a week ago...they didn't mention having a regular
series, but that would be fabulous.
