Hrmph.  When low-carb hits the mainstream, we are basically in
trouble.  What will happen is that the commercial channels will be
clogged with fake "low-carb" foods, which will cause people to fail at
LC, and then complain that it doesn't work.

Then the government will step in, and what follows will be a complete
clusterflub.

So the idiots who don't know any better will stay obese and the true
low-carbers will continue to lose fat. I really don't have a problem with
that.
