Just curious if there is any advantage to taking powder over capsules,
or vice versa. Any advice is appreciated.

Whichever way you take it, be sure to drink plenty of water, otherwise
it may actually *constipate* you.  I add it to things like protein
shakes, and I have a low-carb 'waffle' recipe that I use it with.

BTW, psyllium is a grain, and people with extreme sensitivity to grain
should avoid it.  A couple of large salads (my favorite is fresh
spinach) each day is just as effective.
