Hi. Can somebody point me in the right direction for some low carb recipes
please? Also, what is a good snack to eat? I would have eaten bread in the
past in between meals or at night if I was hungery, but thats out now. I was
thinking cheese maybe? Thanks

DO a google search and will have more recipes than you can cook!  Good
luck. Plus able to print as you select.

have you tried:

www.google.com type "low carb recipes". There are lots of them.

a good low carb recipe is: take a pork chop, add salt, and fry it on
medium heat with a bit of water. Or: boil an egg. There are more
complicated recipes also if you like cooking.

a good low carb snack is a tomato or a cucumber

A good food to eat at night is water.

Here are the collected recipes from this newsgroup.  You can also order
it by CDRom if you want your own copy.

Some good cookbooks:

Anything by Dana Carpender
Fran McCullough's "Low Carb Cookbook"
Alex Haas "Everyday Low Carb Cooking"

Have fun,
Rebecca
