2 weeks down and another successful week. This week was fairly easy for me
to stay on track, although a couple of days I was up around 25 carbs, it was
good carbs or LC bread type stuff. No sugar :)
Hubby's doing well too, he lost more the first week, I lost more this week.
I think it's because I'm back to work full time and still working the PT
pizza job too. I hardly have time to sit at all.
This weeks stats are as follows...

lost 5 pounds (total 11.5 in 2 weeks)
chest same
waist down 1" (total loss 2")
hips down 1" (total loss 2")
upper arm down .25" (total loss .75")
upper thigh STILL 28" (grrrrr) no loss
~*~Hubby~*~
lost 4 pounds (total 14 in 2 weeks)
chest down .25" didnt check measurements at start
waist down 1"
hips down 2"
upper arm same
upper thigh down .5"
All numbers going in the right direction as far as I'm concerned. The tape
measure will be my guide when weightloss slows.
Keep on keepin on y'all.....this sh.t's the bomb~ :)

Pie,
You're doing good. Don't worry about the upper thighs.
They'll get there. Atkins WOE does seem to discriminate on
where you lose, for some reason.
