I bought a bag of Bonito flakes, 2 bags of Shiritaki noodles, a bag of Agar
noodles (very stuck tgether)
and Sea Tangle noodles. I think the sea tangles and agar noodles are the
same! Its all just seaweed.
They look like bean thread noodles.
How much carbs are in the shiritaki?
I like to eat the bonito flakes out of the bag for some reason!

There are virtually no carbs in it.  Lemme go look at my bags....
Ack!  My current one doesn't have a fiber count.  Some indicate it
is zero gr after you deduct the fiber.  I think I may have seen
1-2 gr on others.
