I live in New Mexico, home of the best and hottest green chile. I usally eat it roasted and chopped up with onions and garlic. I've been looking for the carb count on this fruit but can't find it. Can someone help me? What > are your favorite low carb chile eateries and dishes? Gee, I just finished my first week. I'm still trying to figure this thing out. For now my favorite low carb eatery is my kitchen. I'll be going to the Duke City tomorrow and am thinking of eating at PF Changs. They have those lettuce wraps ya know? As for dishes, I eat lots of fish and chicken. I even made some turkey jerky last week. Tonight was chicken in the wok and cooked some spinach. I was concerned about how much green chile I can eat. Looks like it fall into the "can eat it" catagory. I'm glad cuz I eat it as often as I can!
