Hello,

I have been using steak spice, seasoning salt etc... I just noticed some
of them contain sugar in the ingredients. Should I worry about this or do
you guys...?

if it contains sugar, don't use it
plenty of good ones that do not

Personally, I avoid them. There are many others with no sugar added.

I try to find spices with no added sugar.

A lot of the spice mixes we use every day can be made in our own kitchens.
Just google the kind you want with "recipe" and/or "copycat" in the line and
you should be able to find it.

See my post written tonight under "old bay seasoning" for just one example.

I make my own seasoned salt, cajun spice, lemon pepper, taco seasoning, etc.
and then I know what the ingredients are.  Even the various sauces, like
A-1, can be made from a copycat recipe.

Hope this helps.
