I'm still in induction, and the biggest saving grace is beefburgers.
This diet has forced me to make my own, so I know what's in there.
Today we had some real good ones - top quality minced steak, a bit of
onion and bound with a little egg white.
It still seems to be missing something. Does anyone have any great
ideas to make them a bit more tasty?

Tabasco sauce is GREAT!
I also keep a little thing of cayenne pepper with me for bland meat.
Mmm, mmm.

McCormick Montreal Steak Grill Mates seasoning! Mix it in with the
ground beef; it's terrific.

Oh yeah! The McKormic seasonings rock too!

Worchestershire sauce - just a bit!

I put some mayo, a slice of tomato and a peice of lettuce in between
two burger patties and eat them like a sandwich.
You can also put a slice of cheese in between as well but I cannot as
I have yeast issues and had to give up cheese.

From the ingredient list, it sounds a lot like adobo powder which is a
lot cheaper (found in most Spanish sections of the supermarket; Goya is
one brand). SALT, SPICES (INCLUDING BLACK PEPPER, AND RED PEPPER),
GARLIC, PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN OIL, NATURAL FLAVOR, AND
EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA.

Tad of Green Pepper??

Garlic.

Mushrooms. My sons don't like green pepper like I do. They just like
the burgers with lettuce and melted cheese on top. Having a hard time
ridding of their ketchup craze though.
