A 150grams of protein!?!

Oh boy, i am in trouble. I just went to jenny's site and figured up my
protein......whoa.I need a 150 of protein a day.I will have have to eat a
ton to get that......i'm lucky if i can get 75 eating my tuna and eggs.What
do you guys do to get your protein everyday?

Yep.
Three ounces of chicken breast = 26g protein!
Eat 6 oz, and that is 52g.
Thats a third of it right there!

Shakes
Fish- Salmon, Sardines, Tuna
Meat - Chicken, Beef, Pork
Milk - Hoods Low Carb
Cheese - Packaged, Cream Cheese

=) ya just have to start digging and looking around... I know, I freaked
too when I realized how much I needed... Dont' worry tho...

Whey shake is a good supplement to the meat, fish and eggs.
