I was just watching an Australian cooking show, and to my suprised a guy
known to cook alot of high carby sugary foods made something which seemed
pretty low carb to me.

First he put a piece of bacon/ham (not sure i turned it on during this
phase) in each hole of a muffin tin.
Then cracked an egg into each piece of bacon/ham.
After this he poured 1 tsp of thickened cream over each egg, followed by
some grated parmiasen (sp?)
Finally he garnished with salt/pepper/parsley.

Cooked in a 175 C oven for 7-8 minutes until egg is cooked.
I have to say they looked so yummy!

I just made something similar to this Monday night for breakfast the rest of
the week.  I didn't put meat in mine and I cooked mine at 350 for about
12minutes.  They are delicious!
