started a blog and a website of my atkins journey

   i have started a web site and a blog of my journey threw atkins. here's
the sites addresses if u want to take a look.

try typing it without the www in front of it. they work just fine that way.

Angela, you are NOT doing Atkins.  You are REGULARLY eating fast- and/or high-
carb foods including buns, french fries, oranges, orange juice, apples, pizza,
mashed potatoes, toast, croissants, cookies, bagels and even some candy.  While
you don't appear to be OVEReating in quantity, you are not by ANY MEANS following
the Atkins plan or any OTHER low-carb plan for that matter.  I see that, starting
on 1/10/04 you switched to WW, but still mention Atkins.  

If you are NOT doing low-carb, then why are you encouraging people in the low-
carb newsgroup to read your blog or even posting here still?  Pick a plan and
stick to it.  You can do WW -OR- you can do low-carb, but you can't have it both
ways.
