two questions:-

1 can anyone point me at an online carb counter biased to products
available in the uk?

2 Ive got some black pudding in the fridge brought by a relative from
Bury (the world capitol for Black pudding). But I have no idea what
carb content it has. Its one of those delicious secret recipe types
from a bury butcher so no lable.

A quick Google search found this site. Not great but at least it lists black
pudding.

I also found a listing for this book. I have no idea how good it is.
