Wow! Weighed in this morning and I'd lost all 6 holiday pounds (dang
Christmas break!) PLUS 3 more!!! I'm up to a total of 30 pounds lost from
my heaviest weight. YIPPEEE!!

Come on baby! I dropped the gain from after I signed it for the challenge at
a painful .5 lbs at a time. I need a whoosh. I have been a very good girl
whoosh fairy.

Congrat's Linda - that's great! I know I am going to slow down now, my body
has adjusted to what I am giving it, now my mind has to catch up!

I absolutely love my whoosh fairy!
I started lc'ing on 1/5/04
Stats: 185/174/135 11 pounds gone forever!

Last Thursday I finally broke into the 170's and I was so excited
because it seemed like the scale was very defiant into leaving the
180's. Then on Friday, whoosh 176! But my husband was home over the
weekend and I was 178 come Monday (1/12). Yesterday morning I was 176
again and this morning, whala... 174~ Yeah!!!
I printed a copy of my whoosh fairy and it is taped to the back of my
work id badge so she is with me all day long!
