Hello Melissa
I joined TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) last Thursday...Mostly for
the support as of course I will not be using their exchange version.
Nice to have met someone that is also with TOPS as I am the only one
in our group on Atkins.
I live in Canada

Hi GH,
I joined TOPS back in April 2003 and quit going for awhile. Now I'm back
with them. Our chapter doesn't follow the exchange. Everyone is on a
different diet. I'm a low carb/high protein, but can't say that I follow
any "diet" really. I just try to cut out breads, pastas, potatoes etc. as
much as possible and eat more veggies, fruit, and meat.

Hi Cheri! Kewl! Hope I can stick with it that long.

Everyone in our chapter follows their own plan, and the biggest help to
me is the weigh in. None of the people there that share recipes and
things are LCing, so that part isn't a huge help to me, but the ladies
and gentlemen are very nice, and it sort of keeps me on track as far as
gaining goes. Best to you. :-)
