I've read the book and I've been successful on the WOL several years ago. I
kept 48 lbs. off until I got pregnant with my son. The last time I started
Atkins, the first week my weight, number wise, went down significantly.
This time, I'm not seeing any results my first week. I'm sure there's
something I'm eating that I'm not supposed to.
I would love to get a sample menu of what you all ate on Induction. I need
some help getting motivated and I know you guys can help me out. Thanks in
advance for your help!

Hey Nicole,
I think it would be better off listing what you have been eating and letting
us tell you what (if anything) you're eating that you shouldn't be.
It also might be the case that your 'induction whoosh' might be late (or not
coming). No big deal. The weight will come off if you stick to it. Count
your carbs, stay at around 20 or lower a day. Make sure you're drinking
enough water too.
I'm on day 14 of induction (woo hoo!). Today, I'll eat:
Breakfast: 3eggs over easy with 4 slices bacon 1.5 liters of water
Snack: 3 stalks of Celery with Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese to dip in. 1
liter of water
Lunch: Chicken Breast, some romaine lettuce and ceasar dressing. 1.5 liters
of water
Dinner: Steak, a little baby-spinach salad. 2 liters of water

page 232 of the atkins revolution paperback has a list of sample menus- also
go online and print out the induction rules for you to put on your
refrigerator. You will get the hang of it
having gains with kids was my problem too- You shouldn't be nursing and
trying to do induction. Plan out your day and realize as we age it gets a
little harder- but it can be done. At least the baby isn't trying to steal
your lunch yet! used to have to hid when I was on slender bars ( never
again)
Diane
