Hello All!

Just discoverd Fitday yesterday, and man is that nice to have! I
really thought I was eating my 60g/d while on OWL, but much to my
surprise, I'm eating half that. No wonder I've been stalled for so
long, my CCL has probably plummeted to near zero. Anyway, the only
drawback is that it requires a net connection to work. Is there any
software that runs on a Palm Pilot out there that does the same
thing??

Happy to finally be a looser!

Mark

I use BalanceLog (www.healthetech.com) and I know of some other people
who use CalorieKing (www.calorieking.com).  I'm sure that there are
other options out there as well.
