I am throwing out the junk tonight, shopping tomorrow for induction
foods. This is the first time trying it. Added some exercise allready.
Been walking around the block with my dog, three times this week so
far. Getting my exercise bike out too this weekend. I feel like this
is really going to work. Its the way I want to eat the rest of my life
too.

That's the key, too, isn't it? Not just dieting til you get the
weight off, but adopting LC as a way of life. (Not induction
levels, but with plenty of nice healthy veggies, some fruit,
etc.--as defined by one's body.)
