But be careful.  There are different types of yam noodles in Asian
stores.  All yam noodles are not created equal....

At stores that have a Japanese clientele.  At the konjac
site--I'll dredge it out later if noone else has by then.  Some
lucky people even report having them in normal supermarkets--in
the little Asian section near the tofu.
