Check your carbs, but just as a few:

Bacon, cheese, (and egg if you want), wrapped in lettuce with a little mayo.
(like a BLT with no T)

Pork Roll (Taylor Ham)

Omelets

Ham Steaks

Beef Steaks

Potroasted Chicken(or beef)

Hamburgers or Cheeseburgers (either on a plate or wrapped in some lettuce)

Any type of chicken:
Roasted, Grilled, baked, stuffed(careful what you use), pan seared, broiled,
boiled

Buffalo Wings (not breaded): baked, fried, broiled, grilled, etc.

Pork/Veal/ Chops

'Exotic' meats:  Buffalo, elk, venicen, etc

Sour Kraut and Kelbasa

Roast Pork

Roast Ham (easy on the glazing)

Seafood:
Lobster, Crab, Tuna, Cod, Salmon, bass, catfish, shrimp, clams, oysters,
scallops, squid

Soups

'wish' Sandwiches:  wrapped in lettuce or just rolled up (I 'wish' I had
some bread)

Salads:
Chicken Caesar
Taco (Meat, lettuce, cheeses, green onion, etc)
Chef
antipasto

Egg Salad
Tuna Salad
Chicken Salad

That should get you started.

Go easy on the shellfish and squid, though.  They are higher in carbs than
other seafood.

I had left over prime rib in a salad w/ some cheddar, romaine, and ranch
dressing for breakfast.
Delish!

I find breakfast to be the hardest meal to get crazy with.  I make all kinds
of omelets, but I understand this can get boring to.  Sometimes I eat
leftovers, but having leftover roast beef for breakfast isn't for everyone.
I really get creative with omelets.  I use the egg part as just a shell for
what I put inside.  All kinds of cheese, meats, salsas, veggies and so on.
I really don't get too bored, but do look forward to lunch.  I look at it
this way, some people out there don't even eat breakfast, so I consider
myself lucky to have an omelet.

It's a bit of a splurge (4 g carb) for induction but a nice change from eggs
when you need it.

making sure they are thoroughly cooked on the bottom before you flip them.
I make several batches using the whole tub of ricotta and it lasts me for
the week for breakfast.

To stave off boredom on induction, I used recipes from DANDR, Atkins for Life,
Atkins cookbook, and 500 Low Carb Recipes.  They made eating at induction level
easy and exciting.
