Hi there, is there a tomato sauce anyone knows of that's low Carb? Tomatoes contain carbs, so some carbs are inevitable. My current favorite is 6 grams per half cup. I think I could go a bit lower, but this stuff is too yummy. And since I usually consume a couple of Tbsps at a time, I'm not too worried about it. I do recall that when I was sick and seeing whether I could even make a low-carb tomato soup, that was the lowest. My favorite, Trader Joe's Prosciutto (and whatever), a creamy sauce, has 6 g per half cup. It is just wonderful, and something I was not familiar with before. I have several varieties of DeLallo brand sauce with 3gm net per half cup. Delallo imports their products from Italy. I find all of their products to be exceptional and prices are reasonable. Search through the entire pasta sauce section of your supermarket.
