Chicken wings.. hot.. garlic and butter.. different spices
Jalepeno poppers.. jalepenos cut in half.. stuffed with cream cheese (add
spices or shrimp or crab meat.. if you life).. wrap with bacon.. cook in
the oven
Cheese ball and crackers (diamond makes a cracker that are the size of ritz
and is 1.5 carb per crackers.. there are other crackers that can be found
also)
Veggies and dip

There are several recipes using hamburger as the crust and topping the pizza
the way you like.
I, on the other hand, prefer skillet pizza. Heat (or brown) the things I
like in the skillet, add a bit of pizza sauce, then top with cheese. It is
ugly but taste good.
(Recipes have been posted a few times for these and I am running short of
time.. heading out for a short vacation.)
Be well,

Hot wings and pork rinds. Add a cheese dip for the rinds if you want.

Wings, Sausage and Peppers, Kraut and Kelbasa, Veggies with Dip, Lunchmeat
platter with some whole-leaf lettuce to make 'wraps', mini-hotdogs,
cheese/sausage platter.

If you've got a good non-stick pan you can try this: Sprinkle some cheese
in the bottom of the pan on med heat(not too much, just enough to coat the
bottom of the pan with a nice thin layer). Let the cheese melt and start to
brown then 'flip' it so the other side browns. Add a little sauce, some of
your favorite toppings and more cheese on top to melt. Let the bottom layer
of 'crust cheese' get nice, brown and crunchy. Slide it onto a plate and
allow to set for a minute then you can cut it up into 'slices'.

Use a large portabella mushroom cap just like you would a sub roll or bagel.

I saw this one. I haven't tried it but it looked like a good idea:
Open-Faced Chili Burgers on Grilled Portobello "Buns" with Smoked Cheese

Thanks Dan! I completely forgot that I used to do this all the time, I'll
add portabella shrooms to my grocery list today. Pan fried in butter, with
a spinach and cream cheese topping . . . mmmm good. I'm sure pizza
toppings would be just as delish.

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.

Luna,
You and your spinach and cream cheese. You're going to be a
giant spinach and cream cheese dish in your next life! BTW,
I have not tried it, but it does sound good.
